We offer free shipping for our devices within the entire European Union, with no minimum order value. No additional packaging or shipping fees apply.

Your order will be securely packaged and shipped directly to the delivery address you provide.

We also ship our products worldwide. For deliveries outside the EU, we offer two shipping options:

1. Shipping organized by us:
   We arrange the transport to the destination country. Customs clearance in the destination country is carried out at the customer’s expense.

2. Customer pickup:
   Alternatively, the device can be made available for pickup in Germany. The customer is responsible for organizing the transport and handling the export from Germany.

Additional costs, customs duties, or import taxes may apply depending on the destination country.
